Your group will enjoy this roomy, comfortable & fun 5 bedroom home located off the I17 and 101 in N Phoenix close to Phoenix Open and Superbowl. Enjoy the pool lit with party lights at night & water feature, large lawn with shade trees, outdoor covered Patio area with a pool table & darts. Trampoline, Hammock outdoor fire pits, and corn hole. Relax with friends or family in the spacious living, dining room or bar areas with TVs inside and out along with a piano!

The space

The indoors is roomy has a great room with a bar and dining room open concept full kitchen opening into living room with sectional and 65 inch TV. There is an ambiance fireplace and french doors opening to the backyard. There is a split floor plan with a master and master bathroom on one side and french doors to go to the backyard. Three additional bedrooms on the other side of the house with TVs, as well as a den with a pull out couch as a fifth bedroom or office. The sectional is comfortable and sleeps two as is (not a pull out) plus 2 floor mattresses available. The outside has a huge grassy lawn with surrounded by trees and 8 foot block walls for privacy and a trampoline. There is a covered patio with lots of seating, a TV, and a bonus outdoor side patio covered area with a bar, pool table & darts. There is a barbecue, a smoker and fire pits/corn hole. The pool is not heated, but has a 6 foot cascading waterfall water feature.

Guest access

You will have access to Most of the indoor Space in the home as well as the whole back yard. It is requested to leave the Garage Locked and do not enter please.

Reminder Smoking is permitted 10 ft away from closed doors.

Animals of any kind are not permitted without permission first.
